Almost 15 years of doing almost everything in the sports department, including: copy editing, TV/radio listings editing, scoreboard agate editing, writing prep and college game stories and features, scheduling, writing roundups for preps, college and professional sports, some supervisory duties.
My Biography

I'm a lifelong Chicago native and had lived within the city limits until March 2010 when I moved to Joliet. I married Jennifer on Dec. 11, 2010. I am proud graduate of UIC with a communications degree in 1997. I'm also a 1993 graduate of St. Laurence High School in Burbank and was the Class of 1989 valedictorian at Michael M. Byrne elementary on the Southwest side of Chicago. I joined the Tribune on Aug. 21, 1997 as a part-timer in the prep sports department. I have been full-time since April 2001.

Sports, reading, going to the movies, professional wrestling, travel, 80s and 90s music, video games, comedy.
