Mark LeBien is an experienced, innovative and award-winning senior editor, journalist and newsroom leader who engages readers across multiple platforms. Mark conceives and produces exciting multimedia content for an award-winning news website with a national audience and reputation. He is experienced at creating and directing content for websites and print. Mark writes a Chicago Tribune email newsletter that goes to more than 70,000 recipients each weekday.

Mark has made four trips to China to give lectures on U.S. media trends to Chinese journalists in a program run by the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri at Columbia. He also has given lectures to journalism classes at Northwestern University, Roosevelt University and Columbia College.

In a former life Mark was a news director, broadcaster and reporter at NPR stations in California and the Midwest including WBEZ in Chicago.
