My Biography

There are few beats that reporter Robert McCoppin hasn't worked. He started covering morgue cases and City Hall for the storied City New Bureau in Chicago, and has explored municipal government, courts, transportation, features and entertainment, and health care. He's won several reporting awards, and started with the Tribune in 2010.
