Although Rachel George joined the Orlando Sentinel in Sept. 2010, she has been involved in innovative journalism since she began her career at the Wilmington (N.C.) StarNews in 2006. Covering high schools for the StarNews, she led the creation of a website, blog and pioneered the use of video in the newsroom. She is a 2006 graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
