My Role

An editor with the Lifestyles group.
My Biography

Pam Becker is an editor with the Chicago Tribune’s lifestyle sections. In her 34 years at the Tribune she has worked as an editor for Printers Row Journal, the Tribune’s premium literary Sunday section; news; special sections; and the WomanNews, Tempo, Perspective and Travel sections. She writes the occasional story on topics of her choosing, including what it’s like to be an identical twin; a stay at the historic Queen Mary luxury liner-turned-hotel; and a magical visit to the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, Mich. She is married to Tribune arts critic Howard Reich, who covers jazz and other types of music.
My Interests

I love music, particularly jazz, cabaret and classical. Other interests include French, health and family issues.
