I'm a town news reporter for the Courant. I've covered the Farmington Valley as an intern - primarily, the towns of Avon, Farmington, Canton and Simsbury. I currently cover town, education and public safety news in East Hartford, Connecticut.

I interned with the Courant from January through September, 2010, and was hired as a full-time reporter. My bachelor's degrees are in English and journalism from Central Connecticut State University (May, 2010).
