Ken specializes in covering weather, including everything from rainstorms to hurricanes. He writes a blog, Ken Kaye's Storm Center, which has become a popular source of information when tropical systems loom. He also covers aviation from a safety standpoint.

A veteran journalist, Ken has worked more than 35 years in the news business as a reporter, editor, columnist and blogger. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, he graduated from the University of Denver. He was a flight instructor for two years before working for a weekly newspaper in Cleveland and the Sun Sentinel.
