Jonathan Busdeker
Mobile Reporter
My Role

I cover anything and everything in the Orlando area and shoot video. My job is to be out and about in the community, talking with people and finding stories on the streets.
My Biography

Born in Michigan, I attended Wayne State University, graduated in 2006 and moved to Lynchburg, Va. to begin life as a reporter. I worked for the Lynchburg News & Advance for almost two years. As a features writer, I wrote about blind lumberjacks, local restaurants and touring metal bands.

In 2007, I moved to Huntsville, Ala., and worked for The Huntsville Times. As the arts and entertainment writer, I reviewed theater, spoke to touring bands and profiled local artists.

Now, as the mobile reporter for the Sentinel, I roam Central Florida with my video camera looking for fun, visual stories.
My Interests

Bike riding. Collecting punk rock and new wave records. 1970s zombie movies.
